Thinking about the Marketing Plan

Holy Moly, it’s March. But the daffodils have started to bloom! I love seeing the emergence of these spring delights, while I silently curse the allergies that I know are to follow.

Book Progress

I’m on my last read through. Well, my last before I set up the book and get a proof. 😉I’m not rushing this step.

I’m also reviewing the correct formatting for fiction books. It’s been awhile. And I’m putting together my marketing plan. I’ve taken so many notes over the years. I have to sort through them.

So far my biggies will be a blog tour, a giveaway, and a special website for the town in the book.

Hey authors! What has worked for you? What did you like doing?

And I’m confident I’ll be able to make my own book cover. Famous last words? We shall see. I’ve done 20 or so mock ups and I’ve honed in the look and style I want.

New Website

Well, not new new. I moved platforms off WorpPress.org to Squarespace. I’m really happy with the look. Their bogging structure needs more work though (in my opinion).
